Repair process

Getting Started Estimates

-Gather All the necessary information regarding your product (brand, model number and any information that you feel would aid us in the troubleshooting process). -Call, email or fill out the contact form with your questions. (If you call, you might have to leave a message but we will call you back as time permits). -We will discuss the possible repair scenarios with you and make a determination if we are able to assist you with repairing your unit. (Please remember that we are taking items in on a case-by-case basis).
-If both parties agree to proceed with the repairs we will secure the repair order with cash, check or credit card for the diagnostic fee . The diagnostic charges can be found under the service tab located at he top of the screen.
-We will make arrangements for drop off or pickup of your item.
-Once the technician puts the unit on the bench and does discovery we are able to prepare an estimate. Depending on work load and the time of year an estimate can take anywhere between 2 weeks to over a month. Estimates may include multiple choice options depending on condition of unit and customer expectations. -The diagnostic fee is deducted from repair cost if you approve the estimate. However it is non-refundable if you decline the estimate or we are unable to repair the unit. -Once the estimate is approved the actual repair time varies depending on the scope of work and needed parts. -Restoration of a unit does take time and we find these jobs can take up to several months.
